Final Sale Policy – No Change of Mind Returns
Please note: All sales are final. We do not accept returns based on change of mind.
As a small independent business, we take pride in curating and presenting our products with accurate descriptions and photos to help you shop with confidence. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
Return Eligibility (Damaged or Faulty Items Only)
We have a 30-day return policy strictly for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. This means you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible:

How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at hello@wyldhaus.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
If your return is accepted, we will send you:

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care when packing and dispatching your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please get in touch with us immediately upon receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you need is to:

Once accepted and processed, place a new order for your preferred item
Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
