SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once it has been dispatched.
Please note that during busy periods or for large/heavy items, dispatch may take slightly longer. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We currently offer UK shipping only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, etc.).
FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated on our website and apply only to qualifying orders and regions.
DELIVERY ADDRESS & CHANGES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed.

MISSED DELIVERIES & RETURN TO SERNDER
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, we may charge a redelivery fee. Alternatively, the order can be refunded (minus original shipping costs).
DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wyldhaus.co.uk. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Part of our furniture is available to ship internationally. Please get in touch.
